Privacy policy

1. What we collect

Inquiry form: contact name, email address, inquiry type, message, optional company or team name, and optional budget range.

Inquiries by email or phone: the name and contact details included in what you send.

Pressing Send passes what you typed through this site's send function and delivers it to contact@hyerok.com as email. Nothing is written to a separate database; it lives only in our mailbox. If sending is unavailable, choose “Open an email with your message” to send it yourself from your mail app.

There is no account signup, and we do not collect national identification numbers or comparable identifiers. We use no advertising or tracking scripts or cookies. The page URL determines the language; we do not save your language choice or inquiry in browser local storage.

2. What we use it for

Reading and answering your inquiry, drafting scope, timeline and cost, and contacting you about a possible contract.

We do not send marketing email without consent, and we do not use your data beyond the purposes above.

3. Retention and deletion

We delete the data without delay once the inquiry is closed. Where an inquiry becomes a contract, we keep it for the life of the contract, then delete it after any period required by law has passed.

Electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered, and any printed copy is shredded.

4. Sharing and processors

We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.

What you submit through the form passes through this site's send function and an email delivery service on its way to our mailbox. Your message is stored in that mailbox; the processors it passes through are named below.

Email delivery and storage is handled by Google LLC (Google Workspace) on our behalf. The data transferred is the company name, contact name, email address, and message you send us, and their systems are located outside Korea, including in the United States. Retention is as described in section 3.

Website hosting and the form's send function are provided by Vercel Inc. (United States) on our behalf. The data transferred is the form fields listed in section 1, and their systems are located outside Korea, including in the United States. The send function stores nothing; it passes the message to the email delivery service. Access logs (IP address, browser, timestamp) may be retained there, and we do not collect or analyse those logs separately.

Email delivery is handled by Resend Inc. (United States) on our behalf. The data transferred is the form fields listed in section 1, and their systems are located in the United States. Delivered mail is stored in our mailbox, with retention as described in section 3.

If you would rather your message did not cross a border, call the number below instead and we will handle it without email.

5. Your rights

You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your personal data, or to stop us processing it. Write to contact@hyerok.com and we will act on it and tell you the outcome within ten business days.

If we have to refuse a request, we explain why in the same reply.

6. How we protect it

Access to personal data is limited to the smallest number of accounts possible, transport is encrypted with HTTPS, and the accounts used for access have two-factor authentication enabled.
